Terms and Conditions for TYPLive and its Pay Per View Service

Welcome to TYPLive! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of TYPLive's Pay Per View service ("Service"). By purchasing a license to view a stream ("License"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
- Service Overview TYPLive provides a Pay Per View service that allows users to purchase a license to view streaming content hosted on our server. By purchasing a License, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and view the stream for its duration, as hosted on TYPLive's servers.
- License to View
Grant of License: Upon purchasing a License, you are granted the right to access and view the specific stream for the entirety of its duration while hosted on TYPLive's server. This License is limited to personal, non-commercial use only.
Duration of Access: Your access to the stream will be valid for the period in which the stream is live and hosted on TYPLive's server. Once the stream ends or is removed from the server, your access to the stream will be revoked.
- Restrictions
No Downloading or Sharing: The License granted to you is for viewing the stream only. You are not permitted to download, record, reproduce, distribute, share, or otherwise make the stream available to any third party without prior written permission from TYPLive.
No Unauthorized Use: You may not use the stream for commercial purposes, including but not limited to, broadcasting, public performance, or redistribution.
- License for Downloading or Sharing Content
If you wish to obtain a license to download, share, or use the stream beyond the personal viewing rights granted in this agreement, you must contact TYPLive at license@typlive.uk for further information and approval.
Any permissions to download or share the stream will be subject to additional licensing agreements and may incur additional fees.
- Payment and Access
The purchase of the License is a one-time payment for access to the specific stream.
All payments are processed securely, and access will be granted upon successful payment.
TYPLive reserves the right to modify or update the pricing structure of its services at any time.
- Technical Support and Availability
TYPLive strives to provide uninterrupted service; however, we do not guarantee the availability of the stream at all times. In the event of technical issues or service interruptions, TYPLive will make reasonable efforts to restore access to the stream as quickly as possible.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access and view the stream.
- Refunds and Cancellations
As the License is granted for a specific live stream, and access is delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds or cancellations are not permitted except as required by applicable circumstances.
In the case of a technical failure preventing you from accessing the stream, please contact TYPLive support for assistance.
- Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Pay Per View service is owned by TYPLive or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your License to view the stream does not grant you any ownership rights or other intellectual property rights in the content.
- Limitation of Liability
TYPLive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, or loss of business.
In no event will TYPLive’s liability exceed the amount you paid for the stream in question.
- Privacy and Data Protection
By purchasing the License, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy on our website.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.
- Changes to the Terms
TYPLive reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms will be effective as of the date they are posted.
